Processing Time
  • I aim to have all orders processed within 5-8 business days!

Shipping Time and Fees

  • All of my items are shipped through USPS and therefore is dependent on the speed and capacity of the post office. There may be delays and additional shipping times during holiday seasons and federal holidays.
  • Regarding stolen goods, refunds, and cancellations, once the item is marked as "delivered" it is considered delivered.
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on item weight and shipping address. Items are sent with tracking unless otherwise stated in item description. Orders below $20 will be sent without tracking via a postage stamp. Shipping upgrades are available upon request if tracking is desired!
  • Shipping can easily be upgraded, just send me a message or an email: liadelyonart@gmail.com

Shipping and Delivery Address

  • The buyer is expected to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information. Please double check your address for accuracy before placing your order. Items delivered to inaccurate or incomplete addresses are not guaranteed a full refund.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are gladly accepted by me!

    • If goods purchased arrive damaged within packaging, a refund will be provided. All sales of products are final unless the seller states otherwise after discussion with buyer.
    • Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 8 days of delivery
    • For cancellations, please request a cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase
    • Once an item has shipped, cancellation is no longer an option
    • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
    • If the item being returned is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for damages and loss of value
