Terms of Service for Lia de Lyon Art

Welcome to Lia de Lyon Art, a Pittsburgh-based small business offering handmade stickers, art prints, keychains, and more. By purchasing from liadelyonart.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • These Terms of Service govern all purchases made on liadelyonart.com, operated by Lia de Lyon in Pittsburgh, PA.

  • All products are handmade, and slight variations may occur, adding to their unique charm.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Lia de Lyon Art.

  • Buyers must provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information at checkout.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway. Accepted methods include major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

  • All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes or shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 5–8 business days and shipped via USPS from Pittsburgh, PA.

  • Shipping costs are based on item weight and delivery address, calculated at checkout.

  • Orders under $20 are shipped without tracking unless a tracking upgrade is requested. Orders over $20 include tracking.

  • Delivery times vary based on USPS schedules. Lia de Lyon Art is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by USPS.

  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Items delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not guaranteed a refund.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges for undamaged products. Contact us within 3 days of delivery at liadelyonart@gmail.com. Return items within 8 days to:

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in original condition. If items arrive damaged in packaging, a refund will be provided after review.

  • Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon after discussion with Lia de Lyon Art.

5. Product Conditions

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in color, design, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

  • Buyers are responsible for any loss of value if returned items are not in their original condition.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date contact and shipping information.

  • Review product descriptions, including dimensions and materials, before purchasing.
