Return and Refund Policy for Lia de Lyon Art

At Lia de Lyon Art, we strive to bring you high-quality handmade stickers, art prints, keychains, and more, crafted with care in Pittsburgh, PA. Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the process for returns, exchanges, and cancellations to ensure a smooth experience. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for undamaged products to ensure your satisfaction.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 8 days of delivery.
Process:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at liadelyonart@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.
- Ship the item(s) back within 8 days of delivery to:

- Include your order number and reason for return in the package.
Buyer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition. If items are damaged or not in their original state, you may be responsible for any loss of value.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations are not considered defects.

2. Refunds

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged within its packaging, we’ll provide a full refund or replacement after review. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.
Non-Damaged Items: Refunds for undamaged returns are issued once we receive and inspect the item(s). Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items: Unless otherwise agreed upon after discussion, all sales are final for items not returned in their original condition or outside the 8-day window.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.

3. Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing liadelyonart@gmail.com.
Once an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
If a cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Items delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not guaranteed a refund. Please double-check your address before ordering.
